This agreement (“Service Agreement”) is between Radiant Futures LLC ("Radiant Futures", "us, we, or our") and its clients, buyers, and applicants ("you or your") who have purchased services from Radiant Futures or signed up for a free consultation. It outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of the services provided by Radiant Futures.
1) You will not hold Radiant Futures, its officers, consultants, directors, founders, third parties, and representatives liable for any admission result to any program at any undergraduate, graduate, technical, or professional school, or any acceptance result for employment, volunteer, or academic program opportunities at any institution, organization, corporation, business, or government agency. We make no guarantees about what our service will do for your chances of receiving any admission or acceptance offer.
2) You, the applicant, are responsible for all aspects of the essays, resumes, and/or other application documents. Radiant Futures does not write, draft, compose, or complete essays or any other application material on behalf of any applicant. Our services related to essays and other written portions of application material are limited to ideation and editing of content, tone, grammar, and syntax.
3) Radiant Futures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not work directly on application materials with parents, siblings, legal guardians, or any other intercessor for the applicant. While we do consider the family of the applicant as clients, we only work directly with the applicant on matters relating to our services. This helps alleviate miscommunication and ensures that the needs of the applicant are catered to, as opposed to the desires of an intercessor regarding “what’s best for the applicant’s future.” Of course, we are always happy to explain our services to parents, siblings, and guardians of the applicant.
4) Radiant Futures reserves the right to begin services only after receiving payment. Radiant Futures does not provide any service except free consultations without full payment in advance, except through an installment plan. Payments may be made through an installments plan agreed to by Radiant Futures and the client or buyer in writing. All pricing for our services are described in our pricing page.
5) You understand and agree to our refund policy as stated here:
- Radiant Futures does not issue refunds for work already performed.
- From the date of purchase, you have up to one year to request a refund for unused services. We reserve the right to not process refund requests if requested more than a year after purchase. If payments are being made through an installment plan, the time to request a refund is a year after the first payment made.
- If you purchase a package and request a refund within one year following the date of purchase, Radiant Futures will calculate your refund as 90% of the value of remaining work, calculated as ratio of remaining estimated hours of work to total estimated hours of work for the package.
6) By purchasing our services, you agree to abide by our code of conduct. Radiant Futures may terminate services at any time as a result of or in connection to violence, disorderly conduct, harassment, or any other form of inappropriate behavior on the part of our client. Upon termination, you will receive a refund for remaining services as explained in our refund policy in point 5 above.
